Coming from an operational management background, Director of The HR Dept South Dublin and County Kildare, Eamonn Gibney has 13 years Human Resources Management experience in a wide variety of roles, ranging from large corporate group HR management roles to working with SMEs in a variety of areas. Eamonn’s varying experience includes industrial relations at national and local level, employee engagement, employment law issues, redundancy, recruitment, TUPE, Union negotiations, policy development as well helping companies to get the right balance between their operational needs, the needs and performance of their employees while remaining compliant with the raft of employment legislation which governs the employment relationship.
