Customer Survey 2017
The annual HR Dept customer survey rated our performance at 9.1/10 and 93% of customers would recommend us.
Our customer base is quite diverse: a third (36%) of customers are micro businesses (employing 1-10 people), just under half (46%) employ between 11 and 50 people, a fifth (17%) have 51-250 staff and 1% have over 250 employees.
The HR Dept Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a measurement of how likely a customer is to recommend a business, was 79, head and shoulders above the national company average of 31.
The survey also collated some concerns of business owners, with Brexit, skills shortages and the legal status of employees coming up trumps.
